Once you've placed your sample order and received your order confirmation leave it to us! We will be busy packing your sample box and will express ship your flooring samples to your nominated address. We understand, no one likes to wait!
Great news, you're one step closer to new floors. Once we receive your order, our team will begin packing your flooring order in preparation for delivery or collection on your specified date. If we cannot meet your requested date, our customer service team will contact you.
*Please note that delivery times for products labelled with Quick Delivery are subject to warehouse availability.
Great news, you're one step closer to new carpet. Once we have received your order, our team will begin to cut the carpet to the size or your rooms specified. We will dispatch your order 7 business days from place of order or by the delivery or collection date requested.
*Please note the driver will require assistance hand unloading your order if the roll is larger than 5m in length.
The day before your delivery is due, you’ll receive an email confirming an expected eight-hour delivery slot for your new floor.
On the day of delivery the driver will call 1 hour before the expected time of arrival to ensure someone is available on site to except delivery.
The driver will deliver your order by tailgate or hand-unload into your garage, carport or an undercover ground floor location. Assistance from you may be required. Please ensure there is sufficient, clear, and safe access for the driver.
*Please note that deliveries will not be taken inside the house by the driver.
It is important that someone is at home and capable to assist the driver to unload your order on the designated delivery day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. An eight-hour delivery window will be advised and the driver will call an hour in advance before making the delivery where possible. If no person is present to accept the goods and/or capable of assisting the driver to unload on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery. It is important that sufficient, clear and safe access is available to deliver the goods you have purchased.
Please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and you provide adequate strapping to secure your load. The Embelton Flooring team reserve the right to refuse loading your order into your vehicle if not deemed suitable or safe.
