1. Service Scope 

This service provides an indicative quote based on measurements taken during your appointment. Final pricing may vary depending on product selection, installation complexity, and site conditions. The quote is not binding until a formal agreement is signed.

2. Eligibility 

This service is provided to residential customers in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area, including areas north to Gosford, south to Wollongong, and west to Katoomba.  

Commercial or multi-site quotes may require separate arrangements and are subject to additional terms.

3. No Obligation 

Submitting a request for a measure and quote does not obligate you to proceed with a purchase. You are free to decline the quote provided without penalty.

4. Privacy and Communications 

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. By submitting this form, you consent to receive communications related to your quote, including follow-up emails or calls. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

5. Accuracy of Information 

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and property details. Embelton Flooring reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

6. Appointment Changes 

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in delays or cancellation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability 

Embelton Flooring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. All quotes are provided in good faith based on available information at the time of measurement.

8. Intellectual Property 

All content, including measurements, plans, and quotes provided during this service, remains the property of Embelton Flooring unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Right to Refuse Service 

Embelton Flooring reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of unsafe site conditions, abusive conduct, or non-compliance with these terms.
