Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. The giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. To enter, participants must place an eligible flooring order (excludes sample orders, trade orders, trims, trade products, accessories, or any orders that do not include flooring) via www.embeltonflooring.com between 12:00 AM AEDT on 20 February 2025 and 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 March 2025.
3. Entries that do not comply with the eligibility criteria or are placed after 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 March 2025 will not be counted.
4. Only one entry per household will be accepted, determined by the order's delivery address.

Winner Selection & Notification

1. One (1) winner will be selected at random on 1 April 2025.
2. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided with their order on 1 April 2025.
3. The winner must accept the prize by 4 April 2025. Failure to do so will result in a redraw, and a new winner will be selected.

Prize Details

1. The winner will receive a Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum.
2. The prize will be delivered to the winner's home at no additional cost.
3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General Conditions

1. We reserve the right to exclude any entries that we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
2. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
