A monumental new development which sits on the cusp of the CBD and Carlton Gardens, 308 Exhibition Street is making waves as Melbourne's most exclusive residential address. The two tower complex, joint by an innovative skybridge on level 46, consists of both residential apartments and a 5-star hotel, operated by Shangri-La.
Embelton supplied and installed 12,000m2 of Engineered European Oak, in Herringbone pattern and straight plank as well 3600blm of carpet. Both the timber flooring and carpet were provided in three colours to accomodate the varrying interior schemes of the residences.
